Los felicito por tener un buen sonido, la hora de atenciòn y la amabilidad del trato personalizado (Carmen), ademàs de tener un repertorio actualizado, que otros karaokes descuidan.
Si me permiten algunas sugerencias:
Mejorar la presentaciòn del listado de canciones
Establecer una comunicaciòn por correo con los clientes mas frecuentes, para saber de alguna novedad o cuando el local ha sido separado en forma particular.
Quizas cambiar un poco la decoraciòn
